This pack contains 20 kraft bubble mailers in #0 size measuring 6 x 10 inches interior usable dimensions. Each mailer is constructed from kraft paper exterior laminated to polyethylene bubble film interior. The bubble layer consists of 3/16 inch diameter air-filled cells arranged in a continuous pattern across the interior surface. A peel-and-seal adhesive strip runs along the flap edge allowing the envelope to be closed by pressing the flap down without moistening or additional tape. The kraft paper exterior measures approximately 60 gsm basis weight. Each individual mailer weighs approximately 0.09 pounds. The exterior surface is uncoated kraft paper in natural brown color. The polyethylene bubble film layer bonds to the kraft paper backing through heat lamination. The self-sealing adhesive strip is a pressure-sensitive acrylic formulation protected by a removable release liner. The mailers accommodate flat items measuring up to 6 x 10 inches when laid flat.
